Rina Spence Rina Spence is the Founder and President of SpenceCare International, a health services consulting firm specializing in providing business, project, and technology consulting for the healthcare industry. Through SpenceCare International, Ms. Spence is able to deliver a wide variety of services, including direct business consulting, strategy development, project management, and organizational planning. She is able to utilize her extensive background in healthcare operations management to provide the highest quality of service to both domestic and international clients. Ms. Spence has carried out extensive work in Saudi Arabia for Abdul Latif Jameel Co., including providing strategic consulting and management assistance for a rehabilitation hospital and its associated clinics, managing several key projects and serving on the Advisory Board. As part of her work with Abdul Latif, Spence has also served as Project Coordinator and Acting Dean at the Saudi Institute for Health Services where she instituted a massive health training program, and negotiated the purchase of MRI equipment for King Khaled Hospital among other projects. Ms. Spence has worked as the Health Consultant to the Investment and Development Office of Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE and serves on the Board of the Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Cairo,Egypt. Ms. Spence possesses more than 25 years of experience in the areas of healthcare business and operations management, and is recognized for her work in the field. She holds/has held several trustee positions with major corporations, and has received numerous awards from civic and professional organizations.
