In 2007 Melissa Biggs Bradley launched Indagare Travel, a web site, newsletter and online community, where the world’s most sophisticated travelers can research trips and share their discoveries.
For almost twelve years, Ms. Biggs Bradley was the travel editor at Town & Country, where she also served as the features editor. In 2003, she launched Town & Country Travel, which, under her editorship in 2006, was nominated for a National Magazine Award for General Excellence by the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME).
Ms. Biggs Bradley is known for her extensive relationships with world-class correspondents and leaders in the travel, fashion, finance, design and art worlds. She is regularly invited to speak as a luxury-travel expert at conferences. She has been interviewed by USA Today, Allure, InStyle, Travel Weekly and Gotham as well as on CNN Headline News, Good Day New York and the Discovery Channel.
She received her B.A. from Yale in 1989 and her master’s degree from Columbia University in 1993. Melissa lives in New York with her husband and two children
Lila is a career marketing and public relations professional with special focus on foundations and associations. Formerly the Development Director for the International Foundation of Hope, she worked with the Hope School in Kabul and community groups in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Most recently, she was Program Director for Green Wave Farm-to College, sourcing locally grown food for college dining menus.
A former Board member of Women Chefs & Restaurateurs, Lila is Past President of the New York Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier and a Board member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International. LDEI is the preeminent invitation organization for women of high achievement in the culinary, fine beverage and hospitality industries.
She is a graduate of Connecticut College and holds a Certificate in Fundraising and Non-Profit Management from NYU.
